Today I want to remind everyone that if you encounter the police don’t admit to anything!
We are working on two cases today and one of them involve a boating while intoxicated case. My client is on a jet sky and gets run into another boat. Luckily no one was seriously injured, but when the officer talk to him said “hey, the driver from the other boat says that you are driving. Were you driving?” and he acknowledges.
Now, the driver from the other boat said you were driving but he run into you?! How ridiculous it can be that? Obviously the driver of the other boat have no clue or else would not have run into him.
So, if my client just shut up would not be in this situation.
Another example. Cops go to my client’s house; they find drugs. He says “oh yeah these are my drugs, let me take responsibility for those!” Why?! Don’t admit anything! Let the police do their job. He wouldn’t even be charged!
So, remember, don’t admit anything and if you do, call Blass Law, we can clean up the mess!
